What is a Chillum?
A chillum is similar to a hand pipe, but instead there is no “carb”, the small hole where your thumb usually rests on a hand pipe. The “carb” is what regulates the airflow to your mouth piece. Chillums are also know commonly as bats or one-hitters as well because of their similar designs.
