We sell various products and we take our quality control very seriously. Unwanted items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Head Hunters Smoke Shop.

The customer is required to return the product and must pay for the return shipping. If the item is faulty or damaged proof of damaged items is required within 48 hours before the refund is approved and pending on item maybe/may not be directed to the manufacturer.
